ABSTRACT Indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) is a phytohormone produced by many rhizobacterial species to mediate plant colonization while promoting growth. The colorimetric assay widely used analyze the bacterial IAA biosynthesis because it straightforward, cost-effective and fast technique. However, characterization of parts or fractions inoculant formulations rarely performed. This study aimed determine fraction that effective in growth, whether bacteria media growth can induce phytohormones expand radicular zone plant, seed bacterization foliar application alter inoculum samples (homemade commercial) were obtained Luria-Bertani medium with without tryptophan-L inoculants divided into two fractions: pellet supernatant.
